Gregory Heller, a native Californian, came to Hawaii in 1991. He pursued his degree in Exercise Physiology by working as a Regional Director in a major Fitness Club chain. His true passion for photography began in 1981 and he never lost touch with it. No matter what scholastic or professional obligations he was involved in, photography was always in his heart. His hobby grew steadily until he gave up the corporate life to realize his passion. In 2003, he opened "Studio Cafe". Located on the water in beautiful East O'ahu, the cafe served breakfast and lunch before converting into his photo studio in the afternoon and evening. After over 4 years in the combined restaurant / photography business, Greg decided to dedicate his career solely to photography and sold the restaurant.

Greg's philosophy is simple: Create images for people as if they were your only client. That is why, for example, each holiday card is created from scratch, no templates are used. Incorporate the client's personality and interests. Make it truly unique.
